Is clean, seats are comfortable. I do wish your website would let me purchase tickets so I could get my loyalty member points. I've had it not purchase tickets at the pay process twice and have lost 5 tickets worth of points on my card. I wish there was a way for me get that credited to my account. When will this be fixed?

Love the whole experience! Being able to choose our seats. Seats are comfortable. All of the staff are very nice.

We always enjoy our Santikos experience. I finally decided to join along with the 93 year old neighbor that I take to the movie at least 2-3 times a month. This last picture was the best ever. OVERCOMER!!! You should have more pictures of that caliber!!!

Everybody is always so nice. Food for our kids sbdo popcorn is good. Cokes snd Margarita’s delicious all while we watch our movie. And the points we earn.

I like the movie. I like the self serve soda fountain and the popcorn refill.
I DID NOT LIKE that the sinks in the men's room are leaking water most of the time. The handle has to be in the right position to cut the water off. I would think you would want to save water and have these faucets repaired. This is not a recent problem, this has been a ongoing problem for months.
