It was clean, friendly staff. However we had a young group of girls who were very loud. The young lady monitoring the theatre did not tell them anything until I asked her too. But she did it and they did well for the movie.

The theater was very warm. When I informed the manager she stated she couldn’t do anything about it since it’s controlled and would check later but the temp didn’t get comfortable until almost the end of the movie. The only reason I stayed was because my daughter had been looking forward to see Frozen and it was already a late movie. Additionally the popcorn was cold and the theater (#7) smelled funky.
Ticket purchase was easy
The ticket staff and food staff are always super professional and friendly. I particularly like to see my movies in AVX.

The Silverado Theater is so close to where we live is #1. The Silverado is very nice. This is where my spouse and I choose to go for our movie watching. Another favorite is Casa Blanca but it's very busy over there and also a little bit further from our home.
We enjoy it when the movies we attend are early in the day, like around Noon. The theater is less crowded and this makes the movie going experience more enjoyable.
We were surprised that the employees who assisted us with our snacks weren't as friendly as in the past. Maybe it was too early for them. Anyhow, the Silverado will continue to be our #1 choice.
Screen was nice and large. Seats comfortable. Food was surprisingly good for theater food. Bathrooms were kept clean.

We liked the courteous attention by the manager/Cashier to our problems of no credit for Fandango overprived tickets. The manger/cashier also gave attention to the fact my Veteran husband could have gotten in free for Veterans Day. He gave up both complimentary tickets for next time. I will never use Fandango again for tickets. We will come in and purchase tickets at Silverado. We were surprised at the renovations inside the theater. We will change our location in seating to move backwards in the theater.

I like the fact I can purchase our seats ahead of time. We can just walk in get our treats and sit down. The people are courteous, place looks clean( bathroom seats look like they need replacing) and theatres have been clean and well kept. Movies shown on time
