What did you like about your Santikos experience?

My experience was excellent, I purchased my tickets online however it would not take my Santiko Rewards card, so we get there I asked the customer service counter if they could kindly run my rewards card with the tickets I purchased on line. The lady at the counter without any hesitation took our tickets and issued the credit to my card. I was very pleased.

I WAS AT YOUR THEATER LAST WEEK AND SOME KIND OF DISTURBANCE CAME UP CONCERNING
SEATING,THE USHER YOUNG MAN COULD NOT GET A PATRON TO MOVE TO THEIR CORRECT SEAT
MANAGEMENT WAS INVOLVED AND THE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED VERY PROFESSIONALLY. KEEP UP THE
