What did you like about your Santikos experience?

We love this theater location. However, the last 3 times that we visited...the theaters we were in for "Fury", "Annie" and "The Hunger Games"...it was so miserably hot for us and everyone around us that we could not enjoy the movies. We told the attendant. But, the heat never changed. We almost left each time. As much as we like this location, we are considering other theater locations hoping for more comfortable temperatures.

Good movie and good popcorn. However, I don't care for the new Rewards program since it takes more points to qualify for complementary movies, concessions. As Seniors, we like to go to the movies on weekday afternoons and we enjoyed using our bonus points for the perks. We may have to cut back on movies now and wait until the Public Library offers the DVD's.

We love the Silverado everybody is great there but I don't like the new rewards system I like the old system we don't get as much as the old system.May be that's why you'll change it.we will continue to go the movie's there or intell the new place open in Alamo ranch. P.s. miss that free drinks and popcorn.

The staff at Santikos is always very courteous and helpful. Purchasing tickets, whether it's online, at the theater, or at their ticket machine, is always very easy. I love the reserved seating and the meal deals. I would highly recommend this chain of theaters. I rarely ever go to the other theater chains because they do not measure up to Santikos.
