I went with the family to watch Big Hero 6 about 40 minutes into the movie my 2 year old got bored and I had to leave the theater. I was about to get a refund to watch the movie another time. Great customer service.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I like the self refill station as well as the little cafe where you can grab a cold one while you wait. And I love the fact that you can pick your seat and not worry about not finding the perfect seat. Also, it is sooooooo much better in customer service than other theaters around the area

The evening was great but the food has dropped off over the past 3 or 4 years. The wings are so small they aren't even worth buying any more. Believe it or not we work a lot, my wife and I so we actually don't have time to go out to eat and go to a movie so your restaurant is our main meal for the evening. A little more tlc on the meals please. thanks

Nice clean and friendly cinema. The Nachos are HORRENDOUS though PLEASE CHANGE THOSE!!!!!!! I have never tasted any chips as disgusting as those. I throw them away and paid to get a box of candy instead.

Good selection of movies, good service, theater pretty clean. Only downside this time was with the vendor - popcorn wasn't hot, perhaps barely warm, not nearly as good as usual.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Excellent customer service. I usually purchase my tickets online and I have not had a single problem on the website purchasing my ticket or when getting my ticket at the guest service desk. The process is simple and fast! It is really convenient and I love that. Your associates are really great and friendly, always greet and ask if you need any help. The theaters (silverado 16 and palladium) are ALWAYS clean, especially the restrooms!
