The staff is very friendly and welcoming. There is a lot of room in the theaters no one is crammed up in they're seats.
There is plenty of food and drinks to choose from.

I love that it is always clean and organized. Also love the pre-assigned seats on the weekend. This has made me a weekend moviegoer when I would normally steer clear of the crowds.

One area I am disappointed with is the online advance purchase of movie tickets. I am unable to enter my rewards number to earn points, and when I went to customer service at the theater, they could not give me credit either because the tickets were not purchased the day of the movie. I should be able to enter my rewards number and get credit.

Every time I attend a movie showing with my family, we have a wonderful experience. It is clean, effecient, professional, enjoyable, and entertaining for the entire family! We are regulars at Silverado because of the high level of customer service!

I liked everything but hate the new rewards system. The rewards are a lot less, $5 for every $100. I used to get movies, popcorn, drinks and other benefits. It's made me look elsewhere and not just across the street anymore.
