What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Great attitudes, service, and friendly employees. Also, am glad with the convenience of being able to order tickets online. However, I find it unreasonable to charge a "booking fee" since this feature would seem to aid Santikos in knowing ahead of time how many seats are going to be purchased. Also, even though concessions are overpriced, I like that you allow free refills on drinks and popcorn.

I like the ability to pick my seats and being able to purchase tickets in advance. I would like to see 94% fat free popcorn available on your menu at the concession stand though.

The customer service. We frequent Santikos Silverado and always enjoy watching movies there. The variety of food and beverages, for both children, teens, and adults, is also a great option.

One area I am disappointed with is the online advance purchase of movie tickets. I am unable to enter my rewards number to earn points, and when I went to customer service at the theater, they could not give me credit either because the tickets were not purchased the day of the movie. I should be able to enter my rewards number and get credit.
