The people were very friendly.
Assigned seats. As a senior citizen, I feel the rewards program is one of the worst. I have been going to regal theaters, because there reward program is customer friendly. I dont have to spend a $100 to receive only $5. With a fixed income, I will be taking my business to regal. The only reason I am going to your theater is because my children gave me gift cards. I hope Losing a valuable customer will bring changes.
