Good experience, not a lot of people, the peanut galore was quite
I LOVE that we get to preselect a seat -- I hate searching for enough seats together in a darkened theater ... and finding that some were being "saved" and aren't really available after all.
Love that its usually clean....and free refills....and it's nicer than most theatres....there should be more special meals...for family or large groups, cuz my family and friends are more likely to spend more if there are more options on meals deals....thank u.

Silverado is our theatre of choice whenever we go to the movies. We are always able to get our tickets right away from very friendly associates. The theatre is clean and welcoming, and the popcorn is usually fresh! So important! Keep up the great work!
The ticket salesperson was very friendly. The theater was clean. When a moviegoer fell the staff was quick to help and even went to get to get new popcorn and soda.

Manager on duty took care of my issue with my rewards card. He did a great job, I can't remember his name but it was Saturday around 730pm on August 22.

Ease of purchasing tickets. Suggestion: If you're going to have mobile app with loyalty reward program, you should update concession cash register to allow use of rewards credits. I was told I had to use my actual loyalty card in order to get credit. I don't carry my actual card since I have it on my smart phone.
It's always clean, staff seems to be organized and I love that seats can be reserved. Also it seems to be more adult friendly and teens that are not attended by parents. Seems that staff keeps it under control by letting teens be teens but not letting them get out of hand. And that is much appreciated.

Fast, direct check-in, reserved seats just where I wanted to sit. Seat numbers were hard to see in the dark theater, however.
I like that the theatre is close to home, LOVE the soft pretzels and popcorn, (although a tad pricey). Some of the seats are stained with gum or who knows what else, so always a concern when you pick a reserved seat. Otherwise, love Santikos!
