We have always preferred Santikos Theatres over any competitor. The staff, seating, food and snacks are always top of the line. We know when we go to Santikos we will not be disappointed.

Clean theaters, friendly people, LOTS of bathroom stalls, stairs are fairly easy to navigate, and plenty of leg room.

I always enjoy the movie experience with Santikos so going to the movie was good. The problem was that the reason I was there on a Thursday night was the email that I received saying there was going to be a fun night of giveaways and revealing of future movie experiences. It turned out to be one theater with a line I stood in for an hour and 15 minutes before I finally just went and bought tickets to another show. It was not a rewards member experience of appreciation and and I wish I hadn't gone. All I was really hoping to find out is information about the theater being built on 1604 and Calebra. If you could provide that information it would be nice.

Notwithstanding the excellent refreshment and, of course the popcorn I also found the PEOPLE to be very friendly, courteous and helpful. That goes a long way for a theater experience. We were excited when Santikos came back into the South Texas market and we weren't disappointed! Keep it up and we will keep coming back!
