one associate took to the time to set my reward card so I can activate my card other associates have told that I needed to activate my card. So when I tried to I had no success and this one helped get on track I wish I had remembered her name.

the staff is polite and professional. i like that all of Santikos movie screens are large. the seats are comfortable and leans back. the air temperature is perfect. picture quality is good. i was shocked to see two additional screens on the side. they were a distraction because they reflected light from the main screen and it made the main screen seem smaller. the openness atmosphere or feeling was taken away by the intrusive side screens.

The service was outstanding. Very easy to get to and very enjoyable. My wife and I love going to Santikos Theaters because they are clean and it feels safe. We like that there is a police officer on duty.

We have been long time Santikos Customers, since we moved to San Antonio about 11 yrs ago. Silverado 16 is our most frequent theater. During Spring Break we went to Houston and even there we searched for a Santikos Theater. We thoroughly enjoy and appreciate the reserved seating option! The entire staff at Silverado is friendly, helpful, and professional! Kudos to Greg, Alex, Maricela!!
