Drink refill. Too many people in a small area, it was not kept up due to high traffic and machines were running out I wanted a refill of popcorn

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Plenty of show times, good ticket prices, family-friendly, well-maintained facility, love the rewards program and special events. Concession prices are ridiculous. Wish you would consider showing an educational series - something like the Universe from the History channel, that would be amazing on a large screen.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Staff in the food/bar area are very friendly. Also, it's the first time that someone in that area knew how to use my Santikos loyalty card when I made my purchase. Every employee prior to this visit, ALL said they didn't know how to use the loyalty card, and I have lost many opportunities to acquire points because of this.

Always have had friendly service. They keep it very clean, even in the snack bar area and drink station area, which is not always the case in most theatres.

I like the assigned seating. No need to rush; pick your seats and even if your running a bit late your seats will always be available. Also their combos are reasonably priced and the option to refill drinks if you choose is always great. We don't always get a refill but it's nice to know we have the option. Love Santikos Theatres!
