Clean, reserved seating.
Although the reserved seating is very difficult when u are arriving with a group but showing up at different times..within 10 to 15 minutes of each other and trying to see the same movie.

Pretty much everything....the ticket sales person was friendly, helpful. We went straight to the snack bar, and the gentleman there was awesome, recommended me to upgrade my popcorn (which I didn't know I could do), and it turned out to be a good thing..we ate it all!!!! Upon departure from the theatre at the end of the movie, the "clean up fella" (sorry I don't know his title), thanked us for coming in and wished us a "happy rest of our day"....I did have to start my own car, but, hey, you can't have everything. But, the service I did have was tremendous..job well done Santikos...thanks...Dave
