I took my wheelchair bound cousin to see a movie but was unable to manage the concession items. A young lady employed at the theatre graciously offered to assist us and get us settled with in the theater. I was most appreciative!

I have always enjoyed Santikos theaters. This was my first time at the Silverado location. It was nice. The theater is clean and the staff were friendly.

I requested 2 discriptive audio headsets, received them promptly, and in working order. Staff was friendly and drink stations were easy to find. Bathrooms clean and in working order.

I love patronizing Santikos because in doing so I'm also contributing to the support of my local community. In these times when many corporations just seem to be in business to make greater, and greater profits sometimes even when their customers' health and security may be jeopardized in order to accomplish those profits, Santikos is concerned with the complete welfare of their customers and community.
I also appreciate the friendliness exhibited by its' staff and cleanliness of all their facilities not to mention the top-notch movies and other programs offered.
San Antonio and all surrounding communities are very fortunate to have had John Louis Santikos in our midst and still contributing to our support long after his passing. God bless you Mr. Santikos.

The young lady that took my order. She was extremely nice and patience with us when we were ordering since we were decisive over what to purchase. She suggested combo 1 and we went ahead and agreed. I apologize to her about the wait and she said it was ok. You always wanna make sure you have what you need here. I smiled at her and she said thank you and come again. I haven’t been back since Casa Blanca was build but customer service like this I will always come back even if it isn’t a bit farther. Thanks again Silverado!!
