I purchased my tickets off Santikos website. I didn't print the confirmation but figured we can take care of that at Guest Services. They asked for the credit card we purchased the tickets with online. Problem, it wasn't showing we paid, so we were worried about that. Long story short, the manager gave us passes to see our movie we purchased. That was awesome, we were a group of six, and I was worried we were going home disappointed. Everything turned out great and we had fun!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I've spilt my popcorn twice . Each time I went to get someone the clean it up and each time it was cleaned up with a smile. They even suggested that I get a refill.
