We went to the movies three times this last week to see Coco, Jumanji, and Star Wars. With a family of 5 it can get a little expensive. I was pleased to earn points on the reward system that got me a free movie ticket and some money off of the snacks. The theaters were spacious and the seats were very comfortable. I really appreciate the self-service for the drinks and butter for our popcorn.
Your restrooms were really clean which I really appreciate when dealing with three kids.
One small suggestion - offer popcorn salt packs to customers. I always buy the #3 combo and the popcorn on top always gets the salt but the popcorn on the bottom doesn't. If you offered salt packs then we could add salt to our buckets when we get to the mid level of the bucket.
Just a suggestion.
Reserve seating is always a plus and I just enjoy the Silverado's Cafe/bar offerings especially the pizza, beer & hot coffee/tea.
Assigned seating is the best idea ever.

I wanted to leave a comment regarding a recent promotion you have going. This is regarding the deal that with the purchase of a large popcorn and a large drink you can get a candy for $1. I ordered the combo with a large popcorn and 2 large drinks and was told that I couldn’t get the candy as it was only applicable to combo 1 - not combo 3 but I could get combo 5 that has the candy for 4 more dollars. I made the point that I’m actually spending more money with the combo 3, yet I can’t get the candy. Honestly I wouldn’t ever contact you guys over something so trivial but frankly-this is just dumb. You have someone spending more but won’t give them the deal. Super disappointed at the short sightedness here guys. Not something I’m used to seeing with you all. I’m hoping this is just a training issue and you can address it.
The young lady that took my order. She was extremely nice and patience with us when we were ordering since we were decisive over what to purchase. She suggested combo 1 and we went ahead and agreed. I apologize to her about the wait and she said it was ok. You always wanna make sure you have what you need here. I smiled at her and she said thank you and come again. I haven’t been back since Casa Blanca was build but customer service like this I will always come back even if it isn’t a bit farther. Thanks again Silverado!!
