Firstly, I would like to say that I've been coming to the Santiko Silverado theater for a while now and have always had a great experience. However, yesterday when a friend and I came to watch "Downsizing" at 10:20pm in theater #14 it was not cleaned and a complete mess. When I informed the staff they came in to clean the theater but it was very uncharacteristic of the staff to leave a theater unclean minutes before the movie was about to start.

I love the Silverado 16 and love supporting the Santikos theatres. I’ve been spoiled by the new Casablanca theatre, so that one is my favorite now.

Loved that you take my MoviePass, Since I now see even MORE movies, and still buy concessions! 8:35 pm Time for Ferdinand fit my busy schedule, so was worth the drive for me. Usually go to Bijou or Palladium.

The folks there are very helpful. One person I want to highlight is Carlos Rios. This young man exhibited great customer service and professionalism. Additionally, he did a great job explaining to me the benefits of being a club loyalty member and how the program works. Keep up the outstanding service.
