I'm a massive french fry fan. Your fries and seasoning are literally one of the main reasons that I choose your theater. Everything else she'll do is fantastic as well but the fries are the deciding factor. LOL. The only thing I could say is to possibly have the kiosks back. Now that I no longer buy my tickets online, rather I use Movie Pass, being able to go and get into the theater quickly is what I'm used to. I found it rather annoying, though I don't think that is quite the correct word since it signifies something more significant than what I actually feel, I was unable to just go to the kiosk and get my ticket quickly. I'm sure you'll have a reason for it and it's not going to stop me from visiting your location, but it may stop me from seeing a movie on a particular day at the last moment.

We had free passes to the movie Kingmans - The Golden Circle but all the seats were full when we got to the theatre. So, instead we purchase tickets to see another movie which was The Hitman's Bodyguard. We did like and loved the movie alot. We even like the theatre very much. This is my second time being there in a long time but for my boyfriend it was his first time. He loved it very much.
Availablikity.
I have yet to have a negative ecperience at any. Santikos theater. The staff is always kind and the products offered always hot and fresh. No other theater compares to Santikos.

Have had problems in the past at the Casa Blanca theater, which is why I gave a 9. Have no issues with Silverado and continue to see movies there.

I had great service. Very friendly staff. Loved seeing a great movie like Star Trek the wrath of kahn, in the theater again. Excellent prices at the concession prices. I can't stop talking about seeing Star Trek again 35 years later. I don't go to any other theater. Santikos is the best. The Silverado 16 is the one I go to, it has great staff and clean theaters.

Y'all have a great reward system!! I enjoy spending money on movies and refreshments at Silverado 16 because I know I'm getting points towards free movies and refreshments. I also don't have to worry that the points will disappear if I don't cash them in right away. I know I will have my reward points available to me tomorrow or in a year from now. Also, the employees are for the most part very helpful and friendly. The theater is very clean and well maintained.
