What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I think you need to rearrange your schedule. You only have five or six movies starting in the 12 noon hour. I think that's ridiculous. Most your movies are starting after 1 p.m., you're missing out on parents that can catch a first showing and be able to get out before their children get out of school at 2:30. You used to have a lot more movies starting before or at 12 noon. Not any longer. It's been this way for the last couple of months. Can you please go back to your old schedules which had plenty in pre-noon to 12:30 times? Don't forget there's stay-at-home moms that can go out with their friends as long as they're out of there before 2:30 p.m.

Easy to book tickets online.
Can go between two theaters that are really close to me.
Got a free ticket and popcorn when I signed up for the membership program.
The app is easy to use.
Clean environment.
Lots of lighting out in the parking lot, makes me feel safe, good about leaving my car.
Staff has always been super friendly.
Never waited yet for the restroom.

I liked the clean drink areas. You keep it clean constantly. Also you have a lot of women's restrooms. I don't like the parking lot though.

Ticket takers and concession stand personnel are friendly. I have fun with the earning points towards free stuff. I like getting to pick my seat. And the thing I dislike about going to the movies today ( having to watch commercials when I’m paying to be there ) is less then in other theaters.
