We love Santikos Palladium, which has been our movie theater home for sometime. The food is wonderful, especially the new chicken sandwich w/ spicy buffalo sauce. Delicious every time! They have a great team. Any time we have problems, they are quickly resolved with a smile! The movie theater seats are starting to show a lot of wear and tear in some of the theaters. The vinyl is splitting and can be felt when wearing shorts. My daughter complains about sitting in these seats. Also, one theater has lights that are pretty blinding on the stairs. Our seats were close to the side aisle, and it felt like we were watching a movie with car beams in our eyes the whole time. I feel that the rewards system has declined since becoming a member. I remember being able to use my rewards to offset cost every visit. It now takes many visits to accumulate enough points to make using for savings worth our while. Keep the cool guy at the bar. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name at the time of writing this. He’s very fast and friendly!

it was a great experience to visit with you. I noticed that one other theatre chain had this movie playing. So I had to drive quite a few miles to see to see this selection. But otherwise, a great feeling i felt.
Comfortable recliners, lots of snack options, and a bar
Cleanliness of the theatre, friendliness of the staff - the butter station and drink area were very clean as well.
IMAX theater was excellent, a little too loud, so I wear hearing protection. The staff were friendly and helpful. The app is much improved, and I like the ability to select your experience (theater and type). Should make it a little easier to clear the filter though. If I pick a movie instead of an experience then it should be as easy to see what venues it is at.
