Fast n love the great customer service also happy hour amid awesome

I have to share a story about a young gentleman who helped me last night during an embarrassing coughing fit that had me missing my movie. Will was shutting down the bar in the lobby and overheard me coughing and assisted me with a hot water with agave and fresh slices of lemon. I could not show my appreciation any more but when I tried to find him after the movie he was already gone. Please know that in my many years in hospitality I have not encountered such a wonderful young man. Thank you!

Wonderful experience, it was our second time in the IMAX, super friendly staff at guest services. Every time we go, things are a little pricey, but then again everything else. Wish the point system had not changed from the old system. I liked the old rewards system much better than this one. we go to the movies a lot

Easy reservation

The seats and table inside the theatre is clean and great just like other Santiko theatres.

Everything was clean, the service was excellent, and the reclining seats were great!

The theater as a whole is nice and the service and food were great. My only issue was with the IMAX presentation itself. Per IMAX, "Only in IMAX theatres will sequences shot with IMAX film cameras expand vertically to fill the entire screen."

Im not sure if the version we saw was correct or formatted incorrectly as it did not take up the screen. Also, there was "confetti" or discolored ticks popping up in the middle of the screen the whole movie with was very distracting. An employee told me the "projectionists" said it was an "effect and supposed to be that way", However, if it was an affect, it would be that way across the entire screen, plus there is no record of Nolan adding any distortion to the film on the middle of the screen.

The attentiveness and care that manager Adam Moya out into making sure our experience was a good one when returning.

Nice seats; we spilled popcorn and notified staff but no one ever cleaned up someone could have fallen due to the spill.

I recently sent some feedback about a movie experience not wanting anything but in the spirit of making things better. I was pleasantly surprised to not only get a response but to hear that action was being taken to remediate the concerns. Working with Adam has been very constructive and appreciate his prompt response.
