Great atmosphere and the staff is very attentive and respectful. One thing that stood out to my family and I was the refreshment area was not like the other santikos theaters. It was clean and not messy and all the units actually had ice to dispense out. Thank you again and looking forward to returning soon.

Theater is clean, as are the rest rooms.
Resercations for movie are made on-line.
Free refills on soft drinks and popcorn.
Employees are very friendly.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

To be honest, we usually watch movies at silverado 16, but changed it up this time. The staff at silverado 16, is always horrible, very rude and not at all welcoming. I try to chaulk it up to this new generation, but the palladium staff was awesome, friendly and welcoming. So who knows. It may be our new spot for movies.
