We loved National Cinema Day! Thank you for offering kids movies, and having specials available. Our cashier person, the receipt says Ty, was friendly, gave us the full menu rundown and made good suggestions. We also LOVE the popcorn, thankful for refills :)

We’ve always enjoyed our experiences there but now there’s an exception. We go to the Paladium quite a bit but our last 2 times there there has been no sparkling wine/champagne available. It’s not like there’s a shortage. Sell it by the bottle only if you’re worried about spoilage from unfinished bottles.

Great customer service
Santikos Palladium is one of the best experiences I have had going to movies in today's world. The large auditoriums and the multiple screens make it possible to see movies at convenient times. The best part is the process from buying tickets online, choosing seats, and getting through the concession stand line rapidly. No one in San Antonio does it better. They will open up new registers when it gets crowded. The self serve drink station makes refills simple.
The Imax theater was epic for the movie we saw!

The theatres are always super clean and comfortable. We love all the special popcorn buckets and cups for fun movies like then blue beetle ! My son especially loved the comic book this last time! ( It was his first )
