Anita sets the bar so high at Rotunda. Her sequences are so thoughtful and purposeful - it is clear how much care goes into each class. Energy in the studio is always so positive, I’m always happier on my way out than when I came in!!

Taylor's sculpt was SPICY! The exercises were engaging and tough, her playlist was so fun, and everyone brought so much energy and encouragement. No wonder it is waitlisted
I've loved my experience with the free week and wish there was a closer studio to me. I understand I would be signing up for a high quality, expensive experience, but I also wish the membership wasn't so expensive. Basically any negative thing I could say about my week has NOTHING to do with the staff or my actual class-- I loved them all and wish I could afford to go regularly.

Quality classes
Location walkable from home, morning C2 and Strength classes schedule, larger studio space (compared to Lakeview). Good teachers.
The pace, the sequencing of the flow, and the fact that you could hear the instructor over the music!

And overall have a good variety of classes and times offered. Fridays, however, are lacking. There are no classes between the 0815 and the 4 pm classes. Huge dissatisfier.
The CorePower Yoga Bridgeport Village location is a home away from home! Clean space, beautiful community, welcoming environment and a variety of instructor styles and class offerings.
