Good instructors. I do think you could clean up the men’s locker room more often. It’s often messy.
I would definitely recommend the Gold Coast core power! I love the studio and the manager Cesci! Such good classes with great music and temperature.
Natalie Yim was fabulous! The flow was great and she taught with such confidence and grace. Leaving class feeling refreshed and powerful! Would recommend to everyone!

CorePower Yoga Southlake staff is super friendly, welcoming, and tons of FUN! The classes are exciting and challenging! You can tell the instructors put their 100% into their classes, which is AMAZING! It shows when they teach class how passionate they are! The studio is super clean and always a cut above!
I recommended the Strength X course to my spouse who really enjoyed the course. The ab finisher was a killer workout!
