I loved my yoga sculpt class with Marilyn. It was challenging in all the best ways and she was very encouraging throughout! I hadn’t been in a few weeks and I felt confident to give it my all. I’ll definitely be back :)
absolutely beautiful studio! the ladies at the front desk were so welcoming, and gabriella m taught such an incredibly well sequenced sculpt, with an amazing playlist! i visited from boston and was jealous this couldn’t be my home studio. would absolutely recommend !
I absolutely love core power! It’s my space where I really have 45 min- to an hour by myself and really get to work on myself in ways that make me feel good! I love yoga sculpts and I look forward to it every morning! Love core power so much wish they had one so bad in my college town!
Class was good but the teacher left the door open once we started core all the way until the end of class. It only made the heat work more. It was hot when she opened the door but not out of the ordinary. But once she opened the door the heat stayed on which made me feel light headed.
I love core power but I really wish the company would bring back the cold towels, especially in the heat of the summer!
