I think your instructors are great and am always challenged by the classes. I love the varying weights - too many gyms just have 2, 3, and 5 lb. weights. That said, I wish y'all incorporated resistance bands into your workouts to kick things up another level...

Class variety
The yoga teachers at the Northeast studio are excellent. The classes are always well organized. The studio and locker rooms are always clean.
Madison and Myra are the best!
