I especially appreciate the balancing postures. It is helpful to have the instructors call each posture and give a few words of how it is beneficial.
I love CorePower Yoga! The instructors at the La Grange studio are top notch. I would love it if they built a CorePower in the southwest suburbs of Chicago, like Orland or Tinley Park. There is no such studio out there and many people from that area come to La Grange, but complain that it is too far.
I love yoga and the variety of classes. The heat really love that and the friendly teachers.i always leave feeling amazing.

Everyone is really nice. I've take a few classes and they're always fun but challenging.
it was very easy to sign up or drop out of classes. Finding classes that worked with my schedule was also seamless. The exercises were great and easy to follow. I didn't get the chance to try our all he types of classes but they did provide a good workout and I felt good afterwards.
The facility is really clean, welcoming, and the staff is awesome!
