Great instructors
I've been to a CorePower before along with many other workout classes in general, but Courtney was by far one of the best instructors I've had. I appreciated her energy, playlist, the sequence, and her intentionally walking around to ensure we had proper form. Would definitely recommend her class!
Chandler was a great instructor! Not only was his class fun but it was also challenging while easy to follow. His playlist was on point and kept me motivated till the end. One of the best Core Yoga classes i have ever attended. Simply AMAZING!!!
