Excellent instructors - specifically Melissa W. and Sarah S. I regularly attend each class and am very grateful for the high quality instruction and studio environment. I would highly recommend CPY and the Highlands Ranch studio.

I love CorePower Cary so much !! The teachers put so much thought and care into the classes they teach and all are such kind people ! I love Saturday mornings with Heather , Wednesday with Marie , Thursdays with Nicole N, and Sundays with Dori. The recent class with a sound bath ( co -taught ) was amazing !

The instructors are great. Studio is new and clean. I love it their. For awhile the heat wasn’t fully working for HPF which is the only negative we’ve had.
