Great team, very welcoming to those new to yoga flow and those like myself, returning to yoga. Duboce Studio is clean and well maintained, facilities are secure and have a good feel conducive to the practice. Team caters to all levels of experience and skill and provides encouragement and good advice. Highly recommended!

CorePower’s classes are a wonderful way to practice mindfulness, release stress, and improve self-confidence.
