They watch the class to keep the activity safe yet effective for all levels, ramp up and maintain the high energy throughout the hour and effectively motivate the class to push through the routine, and note corrections and proper form to insure maximum performance. Would highly recommend trying their classes.
The workshops are taught by very skilled teachers it was really friendly and fun and a great workout
First time taking Aparajita class and I really like how she incorporates HIIT style strength with yoga physiology and balance. It easy to stay engaged and I leave the class feeling like it’s a very balance work out
I enjoy Avery and Jenna’s class! The music is always my favorite part

my instructor camryn was amazing!! i did a yoga 1 class with her and every detail was perfect. for my first class, i felt very welcomed and supported, even when trying new poses. overall great vibes and would definitely come back (and bring a friend or two!)
Very welcoming clean studio with a variety of teachers and classes for most levels.
I love all the instructors I book. There are a couple that I cannot flow easily with and I try to avoid their classes. If those teachers end up subbing a class I book, it would be nice to be alerted before the class starts.
Love it, love my Sunday morning community class.

Excellent except for a few small things. Very few instructors give assists and if they do it’s often only to a few students. Almost no instructors use student names. Garrett and Lexie are the exceptions who do.

I understand long time teachers are stuck in their ways, but can’t you just say to new teachers, use names and give assists?
At the end of the class I like the blinds to be lowered and I dislike lyrics during shavasana. I want my internal thoughts, no some words from a singer.
This was my first visit to the facility and Adriana made it both welcoming and exciting. Her class was upbeat, energizing and so much fun, I highly recommend. I will be back again to take her class and enjoy CorePower.
