The whole process was clean, efficient and extremely professionally done. If I had any type of questions or was curious about something my service tech Shawn was able to answer with ease. He was extremely knowledgeable, teachable on things I was confused about or uncertain with. The whole service was wonderful! My home felt so clean afterwards it was like the house had a new pair of lungs! 10/10 would recommend!

We do have one item to bring to your attention, to wit: Water from your cleaning wand dripped on the hardwood and/or door threshold and should have been wiped up; however, that did not occur.
