We live out in the country and our two dogs bring in a lot of dirt so the carpet in our home gets very soiled and definitely needs to be cleaned professionally from time to time. Your tech first pretreated all stains and all heavily soiled areas before doing the overall cleaning. After the cleaning was finished, the carpets look almost like new!
