I like the fact that Zerorez uses clean ingredients on your carpets. I like the specials that Zerorez runs. Last but certainly not least, the technicians are always friendly. Grey, my technician on 8/18/23 was very friendly, personable and did a great job cleaning my carpets! I will be a repeat customer!!

The employee arrived on time and was very efficient and did a great job cleaning the carpets.
It does seem to dry faster and did as well as expected to get the stains up. The serviceman who was here was very friendly and helpful. I realize they can’t move furniture, but there was one item I would have moved back into place so the rest of that space could have been cleaned. I have a noticeable area where the treadmill was moved out so he could get behind it.
William was courteous, professional and cleaned the carpets in a short period of time during a very hot time of the day. He was pleasant and did a good job!
