I used Zerorez again as I was very happy with my last service. This time the service was fine, but it seemed strange that the technician requested payment first before he cleaned! Maybe he was new? He also said he added a pet treatment to the solution which he was giving me for free to perhaps get a tip? I've never tipped a carpet cleaner. Is that new?

Carpets were cleaned quickly and efficiently. Maybe a little too quickly. Last time the carpets looked brand new. This time they did look better, but not "oh, wow!"

Shane was great to work with. He did a wonderful job on our carpet. We had quite a few stains from where our older dog started to have accidents, and Shane got every stain up.
