Grey did a fantastic job at cleaning the carpets, there was a couple red stains he was unable to get out but I watched him try multiple times spraying it and using the vacuum to get it out. They looked 10x better than they did before! Can’t wait to get them cleaned again!

Zerorez cleaned my carpets 3 weeks after the Stanley Team did the same. There is an obvious difference with carpet stains being removed when they weren't before.

The technician was very competent. She walked through the duplex and was aware of some of the spots that might need extra attention. I couldn't believe she was able to get the bright pink nail polish out of the rug. It was so light that it was barely visible. Good job.

Your Associate, William Rodrigues, was very interested in the job ahead of him. We did have
a discussion on my expected results, and he went into his duties without hesitation. Bill was
able to accomplish a great result on carpeting that had been in use for about 20 years.
Some of the "trails "virtually disappeared, and those were real worries that I had. All in all,
I think the end result was excellent.
Perhaps my plan to take better care of my carpet will help improve the overall appearance
of the of the interior of my home for a longer period.
I probably won't be needing further help from your company as I am currently 99 years of
age, and chances of my still being at this address for very long are rather limited.
