We do have one item to bring to your attention, to wit: Water from your cleaning wand dripped on the hardwood and/or door threshold and should have been wiped up; however, that did not occur.

Shawn and Matt arrived at the time they said and went right to work. I needed to have my dryer vent cleaned out.

Bringing the vacuum unit into the house to the laundry room and large attachment to the wall was a surprise and impressive. The dryer duct which was quite long exiting the house was cleaned quickly and effectively! Shawn was knowledgeable, friendly and worked efficiently. He answered all my questions and let me get a close up look at the process and the work.

Shawn also reviewed the possibility of house air duct cleaning and gave me a tentative estimate. When I am ready for this project I will definitely call Zerorez.

The speed of the carpet cleaning was most surprising to me. That’s including the time our service rep, Shane, worked out a solution to get the hoses in the right spot for our 3rd floor apartment. He was innovative, friendly, and had great attitude the whole time. Even helped us get a couple extra tiny carpet pieces in the closest. Was very pleased with all the documentation and the carpet looked fantastic afterwards.
