Shane and his partner explained the complete process to me before they started and after completion asked if I was satisfied or if I had any questions. I was offered several other procedures to enhance my cleaning experience. When they entered my home they immediately covered their feet and explained to me that they did not need to use my water because their truck was equipped with everything they needed for cleaning my sofa. I couldn’t believe the difference the cleaning made. Zerorez has my business for life! Thank you for bringing my antique sofa to life as well!!

I have moved and selling so this was a tough job as closet floors and old walk areas were particularly visible and parts of the carpet that have not been cleaned before were now visible. All floors were vacant of furniture.
The technician who did my entire house did an amazing job, got out all the stains and worked extra hard on the stubborn places. But mostly she was so friendly and comfortable to have in my house.

Your technicians are professional and personable. Always do a great job. No sticky carpets and smells fresh. William was great.

Promptly arrived. Both gentleman were very polite and both worked very hard. They are both very knowledgeable about the duct work and dryer lines in a home. I didn’t realize all of the hard work involved. They both did an outstanding job (showing me before and after pictures of their work).
