Shawn the service man who came to clean the air ducts was in the scheduled appointment time,friendly,showed before and after pictures and explained what He was during and the process. Also as an additional plus, it was raining, and he removed his shoes to enter the house

The technician was on time and very helpful. I’ve had my carpets cleaned with different companies throughout the years and so far this time has been the best results. I’m not sure how or why I never heard of ZeroRez before but so glad I found them from googling and saw all the good reviews. Great results, every spot that was on the carpet is gone. And especially happy with the stairs, they look brand new! I also love that I got a bottle of the zero water cleaning solution to use. My pet already tracked in mud and I sprayed that on it and blotted with a paper towel and it came right up! Plan to use ZeroRez next time!

We were so impressed with both of the service associates who provided the cleaning. Extremely professional, courteous and thorough. We greeted them with our really bad experience from a previous duct cleaning years ago; but decided we had to bite the bullet and get it done. They both listened and assured us they would provide us with a good experience. And it truly exceeded our expectations. We will be back!
