I had been putting off getting my carpets cleaned for way too long! I was drawn to Zerorez because of their non-residue products (not only because ei have children and a dog, but also because their cleanings would last longer!) I called Zerorez on a Tuesday. The very next day my carpets were cleaned! I anticipated a long day--a four hour wait window...instead I was called in the morning to find out if I could up my appointment. John and Joel were there right on time; they talked to me about my carpet and finished in an hour! Best part--no hidden fees or teyibf to sell me on extra products; it was the exact price I had been quoted. Will definitely use them again!

Technician was on time, called first as promised, walked me through the process, and made me feel comfortable. Old carpet and was hoping more stains would come out, but he made a huge improvement and we are very appreciative. Both my husband and I are commercial property managers, and we will keep your number on file in case we have needs such of this in either our personal or professional lives in the future.

The carpet cleaned had never been professionally cleaned and is 12 years old. The young man that did the work was courteous and professional. The final results were excellent and we will only use zerorez to clean our carpets in the future.

No odor from nasty chemicals as they are not part of your process. I cannot tolerate them. I Liked the technician as he explained everything thoroughly, was polite, on time and resourceful.
