Zerorez associates are very respectful of my home & customer friendly. The same guy was here both times. Very knowledgable. Chemical demonstration was awesome. Everything looks & smells clean without evidence of any residue. Relatively quick dry time.
The result was great. Your guy got out stains that I thought hopeless. Your employee was knowledgeable and courteous and finished quicker than I anticipated. I also like that there is no residue afterwards so our cat could be let out of solitary confinement.

I believe the products and services were as advertised, so that was a very good experience. The carpets look great and they dried within the timeframe that was promised. Also, the young man who provided the service, John, was very personable, explained what he was going to be doing, and proceeded to efficiently do the work. We were especially pleased with the removal of a very large area on a light carpet that had Dr. Pepper spilled on it. Quite honestly, I was not expecting that. We were VERY satisfied with the job that was done.
