I was called and told they would be there at 1:45. He was there at 1:44!!! My stairs were really bad from dog accidents so we did the pet stain pre-treatment and they look great!! I am very happy with the results! Your serviceman was pleasant, friendly and took the time to explain what would be done and before leaving asked if I had any questions.
