It's environmentally friendly; the carpet feels and looks clean; was told which stains were permanent and why we have dark permanent spots around edges of carpet against walls. Not sure what your cleaning product is, but I do know when Zerorez cleaned my carpeting it stayed cleaner longer than any other service I've had previously.
This time however Zerorez cleaned my living room furniture. It's off white and anything but new. I'm very happy with the outcome.
HOWEVER, what is equally important to me is you came when you said you would be here. Totally up front with the pricing. I didn't have that worry about how much it would cost me at the end of service.

The treatment for pet stains removed the stains completely. I was very satisfied with the work. The carpets and upholstery were cleaned quickly and efficiently. Joel and Chris took extra care to protect the hardwood floors and corners. I received an excellent value for a quality job.

The difference of not having the chemical residue is noticeable. Pet smells are gone and the old carpets I have feel cleaner then ever.
I had one room that was a bit dirtier then the others (dogs and dirt) and they were able to give it a second pass and now it looks great.
