Responsiveness. I bought a new home so having the carpets cleaned before moving in. There was something sticky in the carpet and it is gone now. The technician Steve felt like someone has overused the chemicals in a prior cleaning.

Technician was on time, inspected whole area thoroughly before bringing in equipment. Carpeting looks amazing, especially the 13 year-old carpeting in the lower level looks almost new.

The two guys that came out on Saturday were very professional, polite, and explained everything. It turned out to be a very busy morning and they worked with me, were patient, and respectful. Keep these two happy, they represented Zerorez very well.
