Zeroez’s products and services are great. Their carpet and rug cleaning are top notch. This is the 7th year of using them and I haven’t been disappointed. Technician William Rodriguez is the best. He worked on some really difficult stains and got them out. I highly recommend using Zeroez to clean your carpets, rugs, and air ducts.
Grey arrived on time, let me know ahead of time when he would be at my home, did a fantastic job, and answered all of my questions. He said that Zerorez uses especially treated spring water instead of soap so that no residue is left in the carpet, an amazing difference. I was very pleased with this service.

Great service techs on a wonderful product. Old method used for years at previous residence always seemed to get dirty quickly and pile flattened. My carpets dry quickly after cleaning making getting house back and running easy.

We have used several different carpet cleaning companies. But, once we used Zerorez they are the only company we use. There is much less dampness in the carpet when they are done and the level 2 cleaning does a great job. I highly recommend.
