Chemical free and family friendly, effective products! I've recommended Zerorez and have used their services several times myself. I will use them again when the need arises. Once the dirt is gone, it's actually gone. It doesn't just get pushed down to the bottom of the carpet. I've also had them clean 2 mattresses for me, they did a fabulous job.
I thought that the cleaning was excellent. I did have a problem in two areas in my bedroom due to my pets, the company came back out and cleaned those spots promptly and free of charge.

Joel was extremely nice and efficient and I liked the fact that there are no harsh chemicals used to clean the carpets that my children play on.
