Jacob did a great job and explained every thing that he did

I like the way the finished results look!

I liked how quickly they were able to come in and get my carpets cleaned. My toddler and I were able to easily do other things around the house while Jason (I think was his name) worked. Thank you!

Jacob was our technician. He was prompt and courteous. A very polite young man, he answered all our questions with respect. It was obvious he takes pride in his work. He shared the training program with my husband and that was encouraging that Zerorez dedicates so much time to training its staff. Hats off to Jacob. Thank you for such a good experience.

The guy was very professional. Did a great job explaining the services offered and options to add on. Very pleased with the outcome! Will definitely use your service again.

I discovered you throughout Ellen Schenk's commercial on KMBZ morning radio. After wasting money and time on a competitor's service and not being satisfied, I decided to give Zerorez a try. The young man who performed the cleaning (Mike?) was very informative of his procedures. He spent extra care and time to insure our carpets were as clean as possible. I love the fresh smell and my brighter carpets! This is a very good service and worth the time and money.
