Tuesday was the first time I used Zerorez and they did a fantastic job! My 13 year old carpets, which are light beige, look brand new. The Technician, Chris, did a fantastic job. He came on the appointed time and was very courteous. My carpeted stairs even look great! I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

I left a comment on Facebook. I would not use anyone but Zerorez. I had pet stains on 2 out of 3 carpets. The stains are gone and so is the smell. My newer carpet looks great and my very old carpet looks much newer. They are friendly and professional and make sure you are satisfied before they leave. If something isn't right they will come back and take care of it. No problems here and I have 4 Basset Hounds. Thanks Zerorez!

Great service at a great price! We've paid 3x for the same service from other companies. John took the time to really understand what we were wanting. Our 17 year old carpets look brand new. Really like that there is no residue...NONE!! No lingering detergent fragrance. Just clean smelling, soft-to-the-touch carpet.

I love that the method of cleaning doesn't leave any soap residue behind and that it sanitizes without any chemicals. Every technician that has ever been to our house has been very knowledgeable and obviously well-educated on the product and the process.
