The service provided was top notch and met all my needs. The technician arrived at the scheduled time, we discussed exactly what needed to be done, and the finished product was exactly what I needed. My carpet had several pet and baby stains which created an odor and Zerorez was able to eliminate the stain and odor completely. I have had a couple other carpet cleaners attempt but Zerorez has been the best.
