I'm tempted to give a 10, but I like to wait for a few days after the carpet is walked on more and I've vacuumed. I am interested to see how effective the stain repellant is. So far I am very pleased! Our technician John, was very efficient, thorough, and pleasant to talk to. At this point we will use Zerorez again!
