I was thinking about replacing our basement carpet of 20 years due to spots. Zerorez got most of the spots out and I am so glad I didn't need to replace it. Also, the carpet cleaner, John, was very polite, professional, and did a great job!!

Initially hired to do the job because of the 'no residue' product/system and a recommendation from a friend who was very pleased with the service. We are very happy with the job that was done on our carpets. They are old and worn and we were not expecting much but they came out better than we expected thanks to the representative that did the work. He did a great job and was very conscientious.Would definitely hire them again and recommend them highly.
