Joel was extremely nice and efficient and I liked the fact that there are no harsh chemicals used to clean the carpets that my children play on.
John, called to announce his arrival time and was there promptly. He was pleasant, thorough in explanation and the technical process of carpet cleaning. There was no residual evidence he had been there except very clean carpets. Very impressed with John and the Zerorez process. No post-cleaning odor and dry in 4 hours.

Chemical free and family friendly, effective products! I've recommended Zerorez and have used their services several times myself. I will use them again when the need arises. Once the dirt is gone, it's actually gone. It doesn't just get pushed down to the bottom of the carpet. I've also had them clean 2 mattresses for me, they did a fabulous job.
