Great service and great people. We had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez and Adam did an excellent job and demonstrated outstanding customer service skills. He made sure we were completely happy with everything before leaving. The process used to clean carpets works very well and leaves every thing fresh and clean.

Like how clean and soft the carpets are after Zeroez cleaning. And, the technician was very nice and professional.

I like knowing that there is no soap residue left in my carpet to attract future dirt. I also appreciate the technician being knowledgeable about pet stains and odors, the differences in the products they offer regarding such, and not trying to up-sell to treatments I do not need.

Service person very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and willingly answered all questions. Carpets were left damp, but not wet, and when dry looked amazing. Carpet is 15 years old, had some pet stains in addition to traffic patterns. In addition, it is a very light tan. Was very surprised it looked so good!

It was easy to set up appt online. Had good communication from the company that they received my reservation and could accommodate my request for day and time of cleaning. Carpets look great, all stains gone.
