Our tech, Riley, explained everything beforehand. He did an amazing job at cleaning our carpets very quickly. After that, he explained what he did and if any more spots came up, he would come back out within a month and fix it. We were also left with a bottle of spot remover that gets refilled anytime they come out. Very impressed!

The guys were great... however they asked to use the outdoor water spout which was fine.
The gate to the back yard was left open. Out dog could have gotten out but didn't.
