He took the time to explain that the spots on my carpet were from my cleaning and not getting all the detergent out, so these spots attracted more dirt. My carpets have never looked better! Solutions work great and reps do a excellent job of applying and getting the residue out so they dry quick. Also Had 7 area/oriental rugs done in place on solid wood floors and the results were very impressive.

The service I received was professional, friendly and reasonably priced due to the upholstery sale that was offered. The technician was skilled, conscientious and considerate of my requests. I had carpeting, area rugs and upholstered furniture cleaned so he was here for four hours. I give my tech, Jacob, and the company high marks. The only aspect of the job that I haven't been able to evaluate is whether or not the process had any deodorizing benefits. I will definitely use ZeroRez again and recommend them to others.

This was the first time I used the Zerorez area rug cleaning service. It worked out great. Didn’t have to move the rugs, they were cleaned right where the lay on my wood floors.
