Our tech, Adam was awesome! I explained the situation (house we purchased reeked like cat urine after purchasing 😫). I wasn’t available to meet him but he communicated with me when he got there after assessing the situation so that we could figure out the best route. Serviced less than 24 hours after our online request. Couldn’t be happier!
