The technician who cleaned our carpet did an excellent job. He was thorough and explained what he was going to do before and after he shampooed. Our carpet is old. Just a couple weeks before we had it cleaned and was completely dissatisfied. Couldn’t tell it had been cleaned. That tech left carpet saturated and took 24 hours to dry
