I love the end results of clean carpets with no chemical odor because you use environmental friendly products. The representatives were through in cleaning, very courteous, wore shoe coverings and masks before entering my home, used protective shields at corner points to protect my woodwork from scratches by hose equipment.

Yesterday my home was the first Zerorez customer in The Kansas City area to experience their latest service enhancement. ZKC has invested in duct cleaning equipment to expand their great service offerings. Both of my HVAC systems were cleaned by Riley. Having an older home it has never had its duct work cleaned. Knowing the high quality of their carpet, upholstery rug and tile cleaning services I knew that the duct cleaning would be outstanding. And it was.

No chemicals, left carpets clean and fresh! The guys showed up in a timely manner and worked quickly. Great experience!

Our Zerorez tech was courteous and efficient. He did a little bit of spot cleaning, got the job done without leaving a soaking wet carpet, and left us with a spray bottle of their ionized water. I like that they don't use chemicals, and the carpet is almost dry by evening.

I was extremely pleased with our service and outcome with Zerorex. Shawn was our technician and he cleaned a few pieces of our furniture and it looks absolutely fantastic now. And there is no soap or chemical residue that other companies often use. Shawn was very professional, punctual, explained the entire process and the kindest person. I would highly recommend this company and Shawn to anybody looking for quality service. I will definitely be a repeat customer when needed. Certainly a five star rating from me!!!
